The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding upon the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11Amendments to Terms

aaajl reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
